Streetfood near the Barbican

After visiting the Babican i went to a street food market near by to see how they function. eg packaging and they way the food is cooked. Lots of stores are an actual vehicle which is handy in terms of mobility.
All stores is a open kitchen the smell throughout the street was delicious, some stores seem to be more nicer than others but does not mean they are the busy ones. Some stores well less aesthetic pleasing but have over crowding customers.
in terms of packaging, some presented the food in normal takeaways boxes, some had nice packaging.
Having looked and experienced the English street food, i went back and started to note down and develop my street food branding for my "egette" street food store.
I see lots of the stalls are the same shape and similar ways of serving, maybe i can change this and make my brand different to these everyday looking ones.
